Focus: This workshop will focus on Linda Kohanov's The Way of the Horse: Equine Archetypes for Self-Discovery. Each participant will receive - as a gift from Epala - both Linda's book: The Way of the Horse and a set of Kim McElroy illustrated cards. Both the book and cards will be explored during the workshop as the backdrop for working with the Epala herd for personal development and self renewal. We ask that you have attended the Epona Introductory workshop before attending this workshop.
Time Spent: Participants will partner with an Epala horse they choose and will spend both workshop days developing a deep partnership through reflective time, active moving and riding time and bodywork time - all framed around the journey offered by the Way of the Horse cards/books. Ride or hike with your horse through a forested labryth - learn advanced techniques for energetically clearing ad releasing with your chosen horse leading the process.
Outcome: Come away from this workshop with a deep appreciation for the equine partner that joined you in two days of renewal and discovery about yourself, your gifts and the potential you have within. Deepen your appreciation for the gifts Linda Kohanov offers in her ongoing intent to offer humans and horses a new way of being with one another.
