Description:
This workshop is designed for teens and adults who have always wanted to learn about and work with horses. Come join Juli in a highly interactive series of six workshops that will take place during the summer of 2012. We'll meet in the morning so you can still go to the beach or work in the afternoon. Our horses will teach you how to feel safe and comfortable handling, grooming, and working with them on-the-ground. You'll learn about herd behavior, horse communication, horse leadership and the magical way horses can become one of your closest friends. You'll have an opportunity to learn in a safe, non-threatening environment. Whether you have a horse, always wanted a horse or have zero horse experience you'll walk away after 6 weeks with confidence, pride and a bunch of new two-legged and four-legged friends.
