Focus:
Fear is a message from our inner self telling us there is something to pay attention to. Often we allow fear to keep us from leading the lives we really want, or from having the relationship we desire. In this workshop, we will use the earth wisdom of the medicine wheel to learn how to navigate our fears and use their energy to overcome obstacles in our lives. We will explore the meanings and sources behind our fears and learn ways to expand our comfort zone without throwing our lives into chaos.
Time Spent:
The workshop will include group discussion and learning combined with individual sessions with the horses. Individual time with the horses will assist participants in going deeper into their hidden fears and breaking through with their intuitive guidance. There will be time for individual reflection, journaling, and connecting with nature and the land.
Outcomes:
Participants will develop an understanding of the true nature and purpose of fear in their lives along with strategies for transforming fear into energy for transformation. Participants will expand their access to their intuitive selves and deepen their relationships with nature.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to break through fears in any part of their lives. The horses will assist them, and you do not need experience with horses to participate. However, if you have always wanted a relationship with horses, and your fears have held you back, this workshop will help shine the light on your pathway to a deeper and more meaningful relationship with horses.
A copy of Susan Amundson's book: Spirit Rider will be sent to each participant upon registration.
